Job Summary
We are seeking Technical Support to join our ERP technical team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining ERP reports using Jasper Reports and advanced SQL queries. The candidate will work closely with ERP developers and consultants to deliver customized reporting solutions that support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and customize ERP reports and Jasper print formats as per technical specifications.

● Write and optimize SQL queries (views, unions, joins, subqueries) to extract and manipulate ERP data efficiently.

● Analyze ERP database structures to design accurate and performance-oriented reports.

● Work with ERP technical and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

● Integrate Jasper Reports with ERP applications for seamless reporting.

● Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for reports.

● Maintain documentation for report development, deployment, and change management.


Required Technical Skills
✅ SQL Development
● Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and advanced SQL (views, unions, subqueries, indexes, query optimization).

● Experience working with ERP databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).

✅ Jasper Reports
● Hands-on experience in creating/modifying Jasper print formats using JasperSoft Studio or iReport Designer.

● Familiarity with parameters, expressions, sub-reports, and conditional formatting.

✅ ERP Knowledge
● Basic understanding of ERP system architecture and data flows.

● Experience working with ERP modules (Inventory, Sales, Finance, etc.) is a plus.

✅ Other Technical Skills
● Ability to analyze database schemas and write technical documentation.
